Glad you enjoy my posts but you are wrong that I only deal with people that want to buy now. I work very hard to keep a clear pragmatic view of what is going on in the world. I have worked with clients in excess of 5 years on home searches. I have talked far more people (many) out of buying than into buying (none). I have clients who are more bearish than anyone on this blog. I see it all…everyday I see it all.
BTW, those 2/1 nowhere near the beach are closer to 200K these days.
why are they building all these new houses in temecula. it is weird. we were talking about that today. there’s little pockets of building. aren’t there enough damned houses???
do people just not want to move into something that’s been used before?
