ParticipantIf this is such a great bill, why can’t the Dems. pass it? What is the problem? You have a trifecta with the House, Senate and Presidency all the same flavor and still nothing gets done. Tell me again why that is the fault of the Republicans? I must have missed that memo!

GuestSenate rules allow one senator to filibuster legislation unless there are 60 votes.
It’s not majority rule in the Senate.
This shows you that Republicans are much more obstructionist than Democrats ever where under a Republican president and majority.
