I believe the houses you are describing are manufactured homes on land that you get a 99 year lease for. They are out in the Flynn Springs area and are by no means any kind of deal unless you HAVE had to rent. Now though, this shouldn’t be the case because of the current housing market tanking.
Houses in the El Cajon area are priced at approximately the same amounts found in Temecula……….though they tend to be alot older.
