ParticipantThose places in SR would be pretty close to what we’d want. I liked the first one a lot. Great finding OCrenter! Second is a bit small and the complex is kind of cramped.

ParticipantWhat about this Mira Mesa one? It’s not quite NW Mira Mesa, but it looked interesting.

ParticipantElkin one, the location is pretty good. Although, the reason why the sq is so big is because they converted the garage into living space, so you won’t have any garage.
Blythe, this one is in a decent location as well. This is a few houses from the school, so your kids can totally walk to school. I’m not a big fan of that floor plan or how it look from the outside, but that’s personal preference.
Penara, pretty decent location as well. Although, there are power line right behind the houses in front of that house. So you’re not right under power lines but you’re pretty close. Also, that community, the houses are pretty cramp together so the house tend to be narrow and long. I personally prefer a wider foot print.
This is pending now: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100047289-7666_Northrup_Pl_San_Diego_CA_92126, so you can’t buy it, but I prefer this development over the other 3.
In term of developments w/in MM, I prefer houses North of Calle Cristobal West of Thomas Hayes. 2nd would be houses around the Thomas Hayes area, north and south of Calle Cristobal. 3rd would be the development I just posted above. 4th would be the 2 story houses around Rock Canyon Dr: http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-100061123-11185_Birds_View_Ct_San_Diego_CA_92126.December 8, 2010 at 3:27 PM #637251an
