its been pending for how long and they keep trolling with it? These people are shady, they might as well just be telemarketers or used car salespeople. Is there no law or code of ethics against listing properties that arent available to bring in customers? Isn’t this a bait and switch tactic? Whats wrong with this pair of realtors that they need to even do this? If they are dumb and don’t pay attention to details like the listings status when they post ads or have others post ads then thats sad too. To top it off the property is crappy and the price isn’t even competitive with the other units at the complex.
If you feel strongly about it then simply make a complaint to the DRE about the realtors who are posting the advertisement on Craigslist. That will hurt them alot more then posting your ire on this website.
