We should just invade and take it under a new Trump Manifest Destiny. Nobody could resist the US military. I would support it. It would be so much easier than Iraq or Afghanistan.

Greenland only has a population of 55000. They could easily deported or self deport with $500k per adult compensation, or the can become american citizens and keep their assets.
