January 10, 2011 at 11:59 AM #651349sdrealtorParticipantIt is always normal for first time buyers to be anxious no matter what, when or how they are buying. I still remember buying my first home in Encinitas back in 1997. It was just after the market had bottomed and started to climb. I paid about 190K for a 4/2.5 1600 sq ft townhome w/ 2 car garage. I felt like I must be the biggest sucker in the world at the time. Looking back I (and you are probably also) laugh at how nervous I was. By the 3rd time around those feelings seem to fade and you are able to make purely logical decisions with far less emotional distress about it.

scaredy, hello?? Look me in the eye. You had a lot of Compadre Piggs holding your shaking hands during the bulk of your l-o-o-o-ng escrow (and also during some of your offers that didn’t gel). As well as substantial liquid refreshment utilizing the world’s finest mixers.
But you came thru it all like the champ you are :=]
