Because they don’t want to spend lots of money and time moving and have a vacant home if the deal doesn’t close??!!

July 4, 2011 at 10:03 PM #708496SD RealtorParticipantYes but this is not the case. Try not to confuse not being able to close with closing and doing a rent back. If a buyer cannot close it doesn’t matter if a rent back agreement is in place or not.
