Face it… In america, we’re quickly becoming like a lot of other nations. There’s going to be a rich class and there’s going to a a poor class, and there’s nothing in between….
And it will have have nothing to do about how hard you work or how much you work. What it will be about is who controls what assets before the dollar falls flat on it’s face. This is harsh reality if we continue going down our current path….Buy assets
We have been heading down this path for about 30 years, unfortunately.
It would be great if someone were to step in front of it and at least try to stop it, rather than accelerate it. I think a lot of people hoped that Obama would be that person (he talked a great game), but he seems to be even worse than Bush. π

I live conservatively and well within my means. i make it a point to do exactly what i say in life. I never put my interests above my clients. And I could care less what you think or any of those on this board who agree with you. To the contrary, i get frequent private messages from other posters thanking me for being straight forward, telling the truth and putting punks like in your place.
sdr,
You can’t possibly believe you come across as anything less than arrogant. You look down your nose at anyone you perceive to be “less than” you, and that’s a very large percentage of the population (in your mind).
You’ve not put anyone in their place, but rather have come across as an antagonistic jerk. It’s like you’ve have made it your mission to talk down to, and belittle anyone who disagrees with you. That’s not “putting people in their place,” that’s being an a$$hole.

“For the record, sdr has a 37% loan to value on his home as of his refi last month and a $1600 mortgage payment. He also has listings everywhere in SoCal from Pasadena on the Rose Bowl parade route to Chula Vista. He sees what is going on at the street level in a way you never will. My skin is made of titanium and your darts merely bounce off me”
