I was interested in what part of San Diego County he purchased in to see where he was able to get 2000-2001 pricing, like where the deals are, other than Oceanside or Chula Vista.
Where he lives is his private information. What his exact address is should not be something anyone needs to know. We don’t ask where Rich lives or Mr. Mortgage or Jim the Realtor, or SDR or anyone else who posts here.

Maybe we should sue this individual for the shutdown of what many of us consider a service..?? The lawsuit sword cuts both ways…
