I used the ETF to buy canadian dollars. The rate used to be 1.30 to 1 usd and now it takes $1.03usd to get you 1 Candian. That is over 30% devaluation.

March 10, 2011 at 10:59 PM #675939Nancy_s soothsayerParticipantBill Gross dumps his treasuries.
My speculations:
Maybe a soothsayer told him to do so. Japan starts to get hit by earthquakes a lot, their capital assets then get damaged, they then need repair/rebuild money, and so then, they dump their treasuries, later too. Frontrunning these events would be better, ya think!Plus, the price of fish will skyrocket due to massive fish kills, and the Japanese love fish and eat a lot of fish. They need to convert their treasuries into cash to buy more higher-priced fish, ya think!

March 10, 2011 at 11:06 PM #676561Nancy_s soothsayerParticipantOh, in addition to above, last night I mentioned Japan got hit with 7.2
Today, they got hit again: 8.8 magnitude.
“Supermoon” is around March 19th.
California – be prepared.
