Woman killed at Temecula mall

The Press-EnterpriseTemecula police and Riverside County sheriff’s Central Homicide detectives are investigating the death of a woman who was killed this afternoon on the third floor of the parking garage at the Promenade Mall.
Police have sealed off the parking garage on in the 4000 block of Winchester Road and are investigating the death as a homicide, Riverside County sheriff’s Sgt. Dennis Gutierrez said.
Police have not identified the woman, but have detained one person for questioning, Gutierrez said.
Homicide detectives are expected to be piecing together the crime scene for several hours.
