We all know that unfortunately food costs are rising and finding restaurant deals and grocery store bargains is difficult. I’d rather spend my disposable income on things other than food, so I was wondering if anyone has found some great eating values in San Diego other than the 99cent Ikea Breakfast, the $1.50 Costco Hot Dog and Souplantation buffets LOL?
Also is Costco the cheapest place to buy gallon containers of milk?
