How do you find the listing agents? If i go to RealtyTrac, it requires an account to get the info. Is there an easier way to find the listing agents, or do I need to pay for a RealtryTrac membership?
Also, if banks start releasing mroe properties how do we find out which companies they were realeased to manage them? I would like to get in touch with the listing agents as quickly as possible.

The listing agency is available on sdlookup.com, redfin.com… Bing! the agency to get their phone number, call the number and ask them to talk to the listing agent. I did this at least ten times in 2008/2009 and it worked every time.

June 8, 2010 at 3:17 PM #561006jyurasek02ParticipantCool, thanks. What about the 16 lock boxes at my property but only 1 is listed in MLS? Is there a way to find out about these properties? I assume they are bank owned, and not released to agent yet?
