The listing agency is available on sdlookup.com, redfin.com… Bing! the agency to get their phone number, call the number and ask them to talk to the listing agent. I did this at least ten times in 2008/2009 and it worked every time.

Cool, thanks. What about the 16 lock boxes at my property but only 1 is listed in MLS? Is there a way to find out about these properties? I assume they are bank owned, and not released to agent yet?
