Thanks SD Realtor,
My husband wants to be in Rachno Penasquitos because of the schools and lower property crimes. Since we can spend up to $480k, I think we can get some thing decent in Rancho Penasquitos or at least North West of Mira Mesa.
I knew it looked familiar. Prairie Dog was a flip. They needed foundation work done to the home but the flip obviously went very well considering what they got for it originally.
Anyways yes you should be able to get the deal you are looking for and make sure that you get a good comp analysis done before you make the next offer. Sounds like you have made a wise decision to pass.
January 13, 2011 at 2:41 PM #653048ljinvestorParticipantI think you are going to have more competition for properties priced under $500k.
Anyone notice the backyard picture from the RP flip on Prairie Dog. They put the sod right up to the foundation/stucco and it looks like the sprinklers spray the stucco pretty good.
