My wife and I are “Boomers” of 50, and have lots of friends all over the county who are also in the same age group. Few seem to be talking about downsizing.
Most of our “Boomer” friends in RSF (where we live), seem to be planning, as we are, to hand things over to the kids and grandkids.
From what we’re hearing, this seems to be holding true for lots of the families we know who have been in San Diego most of their lives.
