It isnt just GM dealers not willing to deal. My dad wanted to buy a new SUV, either a RAV-4 or a CR-V type. He started going to dealerships to talk and see what they would do for him. He had CASH, no financing needed, so it wasnt a financing problem. He went to multiple dealerships and no one wanted to deal. They were all just kinda sitting, wishing for better days.
