FormerSanDiegan, so funny! I guess I am breaking all the rules. π As an update to this thread, I am getting repeated emails from my family about gated communities in North County! Gated communities aren’t right for my husband and I, and that I know for sure, but it is still stressing me out to receive these emails!

Stop It BG! She never said anything about buying a house with MR, only you did. There are numerous homes in the areas she mentioned (except for 4S) with no or low MR. The kinds of unique homes she would look at wouldnt have them either. That is not the issue. The issue is a suburban lifestyle or a more urban lifestyle. As you often do, you are running hell bent in the wrong direction.
sdr, instead of you taking your “valuable” (lol) time during the business day trying to chastise me every chance you get, why don’t you ask the OP to decide whether I have given her some good solutions to her current dilemma. She is a new poster who posted at the 11th hour of both her pressing problems and you have offered nothing of value here except to appear to be stalking a vacant listing well over 30 miles from your office (that you have no client for) the same day she posted the address that she had in escrow. Then you posted a lunatic “critique” of it on this thread! The OP and her spouse have already been inside the property and presumably had it inspected. They have already determined they liked it and presumably are in escrow! They don’t need someone telling them what to do with the countertops. This is not the issue. The issue was to buy more time to approve contingencies and to give birth.
Your continuous stalking of my posts with your stupid insults are annoying and boring for other Piggs to read. Why don’t you go tend to your “thriving” (lol) business or go for a run on the beach or something to let off some steam so you can come back and be a little more constructive online?

January 12, 2011 at 1:49 PM #652334sdrealtorParticipantI was in the area and offered her an objective opinion from someone experienced in these things rather than the lunatic ramblings of some sitting behind a computer all day making rambling, incoherent posts with random bolded items that make no sense. She was obviously looking for someone to tell her the house was OK and I did that. In my eyes that is public service as opposed to some continuing their non-stop critique on Mello Roos.
Thats funny because I often get private messages from other piggs thanking me for chastising you on all your incoherent posts. You are destructive and dont even realize it and that is the saddest part of this all.

FWIW, I’ve gotten plenty of PM’s too, telling me, right on for putting a j@rk in his place! And, “Wow, you have a lot of patience for putting up with that!”
