Does anyone have experience using a paid for service ie westside reantals, apartment hunters? I have been going through the San Diego Reader, Craigslist, and SD Reader. A lot of the listings end up redirecting you to a paid for service.
What I am searching for is a 2/2 in the Pacific Beach or La Jolla area. I can manage with a 2/1. Preferably a downstairs unit. I am looking for an Owner who might be willing to accept a discounted rental rate to get quiet tennants who have exceptional payment history.
