most of them are very close to the 56 fwy, make sure you walk around the neighborhood to see if you can hear the fwy noise.

The housing stock is newer compared to say west PQ which is good and of course the schools are good. It really is your taste. What drives your choice? Commute, schools, buying a newer home verses older home? Are you talking off of Del Sur somewhere or are you thinking more to the west? I think that the area is still heavy in demand. You will most likely overpay and if you had awhile to wait that would be good. If you have to bite the bullet now then you gotta do what ya gotta do. Obviously you get more for your money if you could extend into PQ, Poway or CMR.
