Mr. Oliver deeded it to the Oliver trust 4 months after he bought it.
Sometimes people assign a dollar amount to the property (or some portion thereof or the fractional interest being deeded) at the time they do that.
Not exactly a smoking birth certificate.
People use the word fraud pretty loosely around here.
