Yeah, it doesn’t surprise me. Too bad for you, you’re in for a lot of disappointment.
One blip of good news doesn’t a winning streak make. I like how stocks have been acting over the last few months. Volatility is good, may it continue.
I’m happily surprised Amazon is profitable.
Interesting is that a lot of it is driven by AWS, not shopping.
Bezos is very tough boss and extremely ruthless businessman that makes Carl Icahn look like Santa Claus. Skimmed through “The Everything Store: Jeff Bezos and the Age of Amazon” book and employee reviews and its a good place if you are a creative person that needs no direction, someone who is basically runs their own business within Amazon. For many people it is a nightmare. I think it would be very interesting place, but I think I wouldn’t make it past noon without Bezos repeating his favorite taunts:
“Are you lazy or just incompetent?”
“I’m sorry, did I take my stupid pills today?”
“Do I need to go down and get the certificate that says I’m CEO of the company to get you to stop challenging me on this?”
Ok, I will try to avoid Amazon because Jeff Bezos is an ass.
But they are very convenient!
I could not find this air register anywhere else. I needed a 1-way high airflow diffuser.
Has anyone tried Jet.com

If you avoid every buisiness where the CEO is an ass you probably will save a lot of money but not be able to buy many things.
Isn’t Musk an ass too?
Wasn’t Jobs an ass?
