made an offer on a really nice house today that would suck up every dime I have for the 20%. Was talking to my son about how we’d be broke if we bougth this place, but that i really really like it, and I can save some money afterwards. He was pondering it. Hmmm, he says. no money? preety much nothing, i say. Maybe we should just keep the money, stay where we’re at, and buy some really high quality airsoft guns, he says.
