    Just my 2 cents, but if it is all cash then you may be okay. Have you asked the escrow officer? Also if this is the case you need to make sure the grant deed goes to the trust as well. Personally I would simply close it as is and then move it into the trust. That is what I have done with my rentals. Even if it is all cash.

    Agreed. Its 50 cents of one, a 1/2 dollar of the other. Just tell escrow and they should be able to do a simple ammendment. No one should care or put up any fuss as its not material to the transaction. Or just wait until it closes and do a quit claim deed.

    This is what I would do. This is how you put any house into a trust. No need to complicate the escrow process.
