I dont care if the Republicans F’d things up, that doesnt keep the democrats from doing the same or worse. Since 2006, there has been a democratic congress, but Bush has been able to expand his surveillance capabilities, increase the budget for the war, and make an unprecedented power grab in the banking and insurance industries. Until we have a viable third party, or until the republicans return to their roots, our “republicratic” oligopoly will continue to operate without checks and balances. Personally, it makes me very sad, and very disappointed in the voting public.
