I agree with your post above… As for Stonebridge in the 700’s I have already seen several lower end homes in Stonebridge at that price. Stonebridge to me will crack 600 within a year or two and even at the lowest of low points could get beyond that… dare I say mid to low 500s? yeah I think at the bottom it will.
I hope bernardo point comes down as well. Its gated, right behind 4s with no mello roos and lots are large enough for pools (lot dependant). My only concern is that it is close to the hillsides of open land that torched last fall.
