The rogue comments were the best part of this string. The original post said 2 adults, 1 toddler, but the update from poway_seller is that space is necessary because the family is growing and values their space–I can’t get my toddler to give me space!! No one has to justify their wants here, if you want a big house and can afford it more power to you–but don’t try to convince us you NEEDed more space if there’s really only 2 adults and 1 toddler.

I would recommend getting an appliance meter if everything is separate:
