    These below listed Properties from 4S Ranch Legacy construction underwent a major repair for the huge foundation deffects were found. Almost an year time these homes were repaired with most part teared internally including the foundation and all. How far these homes really good n worth? Are there any severe issues may falre up in case if any repairs may again brake – any chance?. Interesting thing is these properties listed without any discounted prices too. How do you price such properties?

    Right now only 3 properties showed up, however there were at lesat some 6 or more properties underwent this kind of repair.

    If you add the cost of landscaping and few upgrades you would be paying a premium, not getting a discount.
