Looks like we just broke the 700K price barrier for a 3000 sq foot home in 4S Ranch. Not sure if this a resell or from the builder, however, hopefully this will pressure on builders and homeowners to reduce their prices.
Do you think there is a possiblity of $600-650K for 3000 sq ft homes by end of 2009?
This one is from builder. It’s the Chanteclair development. They also have 2 other houses in the 2700-2900 sq-ft range for 10-20k less. If you look at 4sranch.com, you’ll see most of the builders have lowered their prices to mid 600s for 3000 sq-ft with some high 2000 sq-ft from maybeck going for 630k. They were asking for low 700s less than a month ago.
