In T.V. once you buy a house you can justify your purchase by gauging the traffic at local (overpriced) restaurants and on how many divorced and desperate women watch you walk by. Bringing up such meaningless statistics as foreclosures, unemployment, shadow inventory, blah, blah, blah, have nothing to do with anything.
