Stay away from these people! We were one of the final three bidders (the first to submit an offer and to counter). We got jerked around from day one. This place is worth no more than $375k. Needs all upgrades and needs about $900 of termite work.
We bid at the max list price of $410 (which made us nervous because we knew the appraisal would come in lower). They made us wait forever, meanwhile they relisted it for $425k! No one contacted our agent or us to let us know. What disrespectful, greedy, “!???!!”.
That was our 5th offer, looking for over 6 months. I am over it!
