ZK, congrats on the purchase. Based on the sf, I believe you made a purchase in Bridge Ridge. The prior release was asking from 820K-880K without the canyon view. I believe the premium for your lot cots more than 80K+. Is Pardee going to install iron or glass fence?
I also made a purchase with Pardee near that area last year, love the neighborhood and community.
On landscaping, not sure on your budget, you might want to consider fake grass, pavers and succulent plants. I end up with pavers because they more stronger and do no crack like stamped concrete. Hope that helps.
