Your observations are very much appreciated. I have to agree with you that for the money “Stoney Creek” is one of the best values in San Diego. You get a brandnew home in a fairly convenient location at a good price. We have looked around in other places such as Carmel Mountain (“Cypress Greens”) and Del Sur (“Mandolin”). Neither one was as good a value as the 2 developments in Santee.
