You make a great point. Unless we are talking about hundreds of Billions, its not relevant.
Maybe the republican’s bailout is a thinly vieled attempt to help their Builder lobbyists to ease the burden to some degree.
Maybe its just political jockeying that tries to make the effort look like something’s being done on the surface, but underneath, its just a drop in the bucket.
