You guys in SD proper (that’s south of Del Mar to us NCC’ers) are so lucky to have such gorgeous houses to choose from!
Up here in NCC, it’s almost all beige HOA tract homes with tiny lots. 🙁 Very difficult to find something custom, and even those don’t have the fantastic architecture like the houses down there.
If not for the commute, we would have bought a house nearer to SD by now.
