You guys are great. I am a renter and have been for quite some time. My friend’s hubby does know this and knows that I am hoping to buy once I find something that is affordable for me.
I like all of your comments, but I may borrow the more subtle “we are both renters” in the future. (He is not even close to paying his home off — has even burned through a sizeable amount in equity). The direct comments are more fun, but I do want to see the best friend again. 🙂 Thank you!
