You didn’t read the rest of my post. I suggested purchasing it for a R-E-N-T-A-L property. In case you didn’t know what that is, it’s not the same as occupying the property yourself. Suffice to say, a landlord’s interest level in what’s on the neighbor’s lots is far lower than if he/she were to move in there themselves ;=}
btw, the dump fee on a full 20′ container could run as high as $1100+.
