You can actually see the line where the city ends when you enter via Camino Del Norte from the east – the are no potholes once you exit the city.
4S residents have to pay for the trash removal and there are sprinklers inside (the country code, the city does not have that). How do you test those, anyway?
We plan to buy a bigger place in 2-3 years. I like Santaluz, but my wife likes the ‘walk to school/store’ convenience of our current location, so Santaluz is not an option. Welcome to San Diego 🙂
