Yes this caught my attention too. Listed in the afternoon with status “Active” and status changed to “Sold” in the evening.
Thing to note is that the status is not even “Sale Pending”
Even in an all cash deal I would assume it would take more than a few hours for title transfer and other formalities….
In my opinion, this unfortunately is another example of how these CA Realtors carry out such non-ethical transactions for a lions share on their commissions.
This listing agent might have been sitting on this for a long time and just put it mins before changing status to sold
