Yes, the floor is ugly in the picture, but when I stand on it, I think it seems ok (not great, just ok).
The floor plan is terrible. I still can not figure out a good way for my family (2 little kids) to live in this house. If we all live downstair, we have to go upstair for office/game or exercise.
And kids are too small to live in their own rooms alone. My wife would not live upstair alone, not to mention the young kids.
The 2nd floor lacks of views (or large windows) and makes me feel cramped.
All’s been said, the price is irrisistible.
$244/sqf….I think it is lower than my projected bottom ($250) for CV.
