Yes. I thought he was joking about holding your offer back since yours was a higher amount;) Maybe we need a Pigg property tracker to keep Piggs from working against the price pull down.
As a mortgage broker, he was the one the bank talked to more than the Listing Agent. The bank said no to our first offer and we agreed to a counter at x%ofBPO (Thanks for your help on understanding BPOs). Then it sat and had the trustee sale postponed twice, because no one needed to get my offer past a desk. I felt it was still to high given how prices will drop and the amount of work needed. No permit for unfinished work.. I am sure you know what work.
In the end, I firmly believe that if you are not embarassed to make the offer than it is too high… since you might be the only one bidding on a house that needs a lot of work.
I might not be “Moovan” for awhile, but look forward to being neighboors.
Also, you might recall I posted about having problems with my realtor/broker. It was more with the broker, but he left working at the major name office right by the wendy’s… any idea why?
