I don’t think the jets fly over there , I think it’s the traffic noise from Pomerado.
I agree with you on the HOAs comparisons.
Timberlane is pretty close. One would need to look into the need for repainting and replacing the roofs and sides of the house – the HOAs could be raised there soon too, just like the other one and maybe just as much if it’s for the same purpose… That’s the problem with the HOAs.
