Yep I learned more today. There were postponements from the original trustee sales and then cancellations. You could be correct on your assumption. Another guess I am making is this indeed was a possible portfolio purchase of some type lumped in with other properties.
Hard to say… Drove by the home today and checked it out. It is in a pretty decent part of Sabre Springs…
Of course it is only a few homes away from Westerfields old house.
OCR the recording for the trustee deed was 8/25 but the previous cancellations of the auction date was 8/6 and another one before that. I tend to think it never went to auction.
