Let’s just say that the majority of people in your situation have dissenting opinions. MR is not a big issue for most as long as they are not excessive and many areas have MR well under $1,000/year. HOA dues are not a problem for most either as long they are not execessive, have a long history of stability and you get quality facilities for your money.
