Yeah, my wife is tired of living in an apartment. She loves to have friends and family over and now it is just not convenient.
Initially we planned to buy in early 2007 and then changed it to Fall 2008. But now I think I might have convinced her to wait until Fall of 2009 by showing her how much we have “saved” by not buying earlier this year.
Yeah, I was not able to save a lot before but since we got married in the summer we are saving like $3-4K a month now.
