Yeah, I know it’s a duplex. There’s a house in back over the garage, I think. I mean, for that price w/the rental to help the mortgage, I still say a great deal. Yes, it is east of the 163, so maybe it’s bordering University Heights, even though it’s 92103. The one on Van Buren was a very good deal, too.
