Why is everyone trying to fix this “problem”?
Obviously prices can’t stay artificially inflated the way they are now- nor should they be. California RE prices have always been expensive but now they’re just ridiculous.
As painful as it will be, this recession/depression, hopefully will fix things.
RE prices will come down to reasonable levels, and maybe if California goes BK we can just start over again and build a new government that’s not completely controlled by unions that are trying to pad their own pockets.
