They got lucky with that location. For years it was a crummy and dirty looking taco stand. Then some other guy spent a fortune renovating the space for a high-end casual place with things like ciopinno stew. They lasted only about 3 months but left all the new dark polished wood furniture and walls and new kitchen equipment.
