When I was attending SDSU more than a decade ago, this neighborhood was full of student renters. Many homes housed up to 8-10 students (2-3 per bdr and sometimes even dining room was partitioned). Driveways were full of cars spilling into the street and nights were often not quiet.
Not sure what’s the deal nowadays. You should drive by the community on both weeknights and weekend-nights to see if the student issue is now more under control. Or maybe that IS your intention; investment property for student renters. If so, it’s a great location.
