When buyers sign up voluntarily for the MRs and HOAs, they have no standing to complain. If you don’t like them, don’t sign up for them — buy somewhere else. If everybody takes that stance, then guess what, they will go down (particularly the MRs) or the home prices will go down to compensate. The market always works….eventually.
